Biography

Dr. Caitlin E. Smith Sockbeson is Associate Dean and an Associate Professor in Management at JU’s Davis College of Business & Technology. She received her Ph.D. in Management (Organizational Behavior) from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and her B.S. in Business Administration (Management) from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL. Previously, she was an assistant professor of Management at the Else School of Business at Millsaps College in Jackson, MS. Her research interests include feedback and performance management at work and gender and diversity in organizations. She has presented her work at numerous conferences and published in outlets such as the Academy of Management Annals and the Journal of Management.
