Registration Information
The cost per delegate will be $125 for Students and $145 for Advisors. Registration cost is all inclusive of hotel accommodations, Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, and Saturday dinner. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday are included in the hotel costs.
- You may register up to eight (8) Delegates and two (2) Advisors. If you'd like to register more, please add three alternate delegates to your registration.
Registration Deadline: Sunday, November 25th by 11:59pm
Alternate Notification: Friday, December 7th
*Note: After registration closes only same gender delegate swaps will be permitted and cancellations will not be possible.

Step 1: Institution Registration Form (Google Form)
The Institution Registration form must be filled out before you can register your delegates. You will need to register your institution and the primary contact person of your institution for FRAS 2019. Invoices and other conference information relevant to each institution's delegation will be sent to the institution primary contact.
*If your institution would like to register alternate delegates, you may indicate that on the form below. On December 7, 2018 you will be notified via the email provided if space is available for your alternate delegates. If space is available a new link to sign up and pay for your alternate delegates will be provided in that email. The maximum number of alternate delegates you may request is three.

Step 2: Individual Delegate Registration Form (Google Form)
You will need to submit an individual delegate registration form for each delegate attending (student and adviser). The delegate cap is set at 8 Students, 2 Advisors, and 3 Alternate delegates. E-mail confirmations for each delegate will be sent to the institutional contact registered in Step 1. Please make sure to have all delegates registered by the November 25th deadline.

Step 3: Payment Options

Paying by Check:
For those paying by check, please write the check out to Jacksonville University and mail payment to:

You will receive a confirmation email to the account provided in Step 1 once the check payment is received and processed.
Paying by Credit Card:
If you are paying by credit card, please follow the directions on the payment website to complete your transaction for registration.

In blue box that says “Important” – click “please use this online tool.”
On the next page, use the drop down menu to show the following
State or Territory: “Florida”
Payment Entity: “Jacksonville University”
Payment Category: “Online Payment”

Click “Make Payment”
On the next page, type in the following information:
Student/Payer Name: YOUR SCHOOL Name
Vendor Name: N/A
User ID: FRAS
Other Payment: Other Payment
Payment Amount based off how many delegates/advisors
Card Information, etc.
You’ll receive an email confirming your payment went through.Step 4: Liability Form
All student delegates and advisors must complete the FRAS 2019 Liability Waiver and Release Form prior to checking in for the conference.
