Programming Contests
Computing Sciences students have participated in programming contests such as:
- ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest
- Mercer Spring Programming Competition
- Master the Mainframe Contest
- National Cyber League Competition
They've also attended the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing Conference. These are great ways to improve programming skills, expand the range of problems students can solve, meet potential employers, and students have a lot of fun while learning! The students are already winners just by participating in such programs, since it expands their horizons and adds a great extra feature in their resume.
