Service-Learning Certificate: Students now declare the Service-Learning Certificate using the Major Minor Certificate Change request in E-Forms on MyJU.edu. The certificate will then be added to their degree audit.

Service Learning Independent Study Form: Students now request a Service-Learning designated independent study using the Independent Study form in E-Forms on MyJU.edu. The certificate will then be added to their degree audit.
