Professional Information

Dr. Tormena obtained his DDS degree from the Santo Amaro University School of Dental Medicine, his MS in orthodontics from Camilo Castelo Branco University School of Dental Medicine and his PhD from Sao Leopoldo Mandic School of Dental Medicine. He worked in private practice for over 25 years and served as a professor for 20 years in Brazil. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics and Brazilian Association of Orthodontics. Dr. Tormena has been invited to give lectures in a number of different international meetings and has also published some papers and translated two books' related to Orthodontics from English to Portuguese.
