Position Summary
Full-time position reporting to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach. Responsible for player personnel. Responsible for directing, managing, leading, organizing and executing men’s Basketball activities related to team, office and staff operations. Supervise personnel responsible for supporting the women’s basketball team at home and away games, including Assistant Coaches. Also applies to practices and other scheduled events. Plans, organizes and directs basketball camps and coaching clinics, to include scheduling and facilities management.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates, facilitates and works basketball event operations and game management duties under the direction of the head coach.
- Provide support to the Women’s Basketball Program
- Assist with coordinating team travel and logistics
- Oversees academic support
- Complete all paperwork for occasional meals or team activities
- Director of summer camps
- Oversee all on campus projects- marketing, phin fever, etc.
- Coordinate facilities for game and practice sessions.
- Serve as coordinator for all men’s basketball tournaments.
- Assist in coordination of coaches’ clinics and youth clinics and programs.
- Coordinate requests for community and regional involvement such as appearances, speeches, lectures and committees
- Assist in equipment management
- Coordinating basketball alumni function
- Assist head coach in management of work calendar
- Oversee organization and updating offensive & defensive playbook
- Remain compliant with the University, NCAA, and ASUN

Physical Requirements
- Manual dexterity to efficiently operate a computer keyboard and scientific equipment
- Near vision sufficient to read written communications and computer display screens
- Adequate hearing to communicate effectively in person and by phone
- Must be able to physically perform essential job duties or have special accommodations arranged in advance
Education, Certificates, Licenses, and Experience
- Minimum Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree, 2 years of working experience in Athletics
