Adam Campbell is an organic chemist who teaches general and organic chemistry. He received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from JU and then received his master’s degree in organic chemistry from Florida State University where he published research describing the synthesis of allylically-substituted conjugated enynols and their use as photoremovable protecting groups for light-controlled release of ketones and aldehydes including fragrance aldehydes and ketone-bearing steroids.
