Q: What should a JU student do before starting a service project?
A: You must complete and submit a liability form to the Service-Learning Center. All projects also require completion of the timesheet.
Service-Learning Liability Form
Students must submit the Service-Learning Liability form online prior to completing a service activities connected to Jacksonville University. Upon clicking the above link, you will be prompted to log in with your JU username and password.
Note: Students who are under the age of 18 must download the above form and have the signature of a parent or guardian.
Q: What should a JU student do after completing a service project?
A: You must complete and submit a timesheet within three months of completing the activity.

Q: Do I have to reflect upon my service activity?
A: Students should be reflecting upon their service and need to answer 2 of the 4 questions located on the timesheet and turn in with completed timesheet. Any questions regarding this please call the SL office at 256-7234.
