Congratulations on becoming part of the Jacksonville University (JU) community! We look forward to meeting you personally and helping you become integrated into all that life offers at JU and in Jacksonville.
Yvonne Martel in the Admissions Office has helped you get to this point I know, and she will continue to be a resource for you as you prepare to come to JU. Now that you are coming to school here, I can also be a resource for you. My name is Kristie Gover, and I, along with Susan Bonfanti, serve as the International Student Advisors for all international students.
Our office, located on the third floor of the Davis Student Commons, tries to help orient you to life at JU and in the United States as you begin your time as a student here. Then, as you continue to progress in your academic work, our office will be the place you come to get many of your questions answered, especially about immigration-related issues. 3) Register for Classes.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ORIENTATION
New Student Orientation begins with a pizza party on Tuesday, August 20 at 6:00pm and continues on Wednesday with an overview of F1 Visa requirements. You will join the rest of the incoming on class on Thursday for the Week of Welcome activities.
