The Associate Registrar is the second in charge of the Registrar’s Office, represents the Office when the Registrar is away, and serves on University Committees. The Associate Registrar supervises the support staff to ensure that their work is being done in a timely, accurate, and customer friendly manner. The Associate Registrar leads the Degree Audit Team that updates the Degree Audits each catalog year, acts as liaison with the academic areas, and offers sessions for advisors and faculty. The Associate Registrar supervises the graduation certification and works with students and advisors on graduation issues. The Associate Registrar also works with the certification of Veteran Benefits and keeping the JU Community updated on the Veteran Programs.
