Rosenfeld Injury Lawyers’ Single Mother Scholarship - Education has the power to open doors for single mothers and even their children. Having a degree or certification can enable a woman to expand her lifetime earning potential, increase her gross income, and provide her with better job opportunities.  Even though it can be difficult to care for a child while pursuing an education, the rewards of an education far outweigh the challenges. We want to expand opportunities for single mothers who are going back to school by offering two $1,000 scholarships (one awarded to a single mother in an undergraduate program and one to a single mother enrolled in an accredited law school).  Applications must be received by December 5, 2014 See all the details on their website.

Soccerloco National Scholarship Program - Soccerloco has partnered with the American Business Women’s Association to launch a national scholarship fund and is holding an essay contest to determine the most qualified candidate.  The winner of the contest will be awarded a $2,000 scholarship through the ABWA Scholarship Fund.  Champion Appliance Care - DIY Instructional Video Scholarship Contest  - Champion Appliance Care wants to give students a chance to share their knowledge of appliance/home care and repair, so we have created a scholarship that asks students to create a do-it-yourself instructional video ti teach viewers some household repair tasks. The winner of this scholarship will receive a $500 reward to go towards the students higher education. Video essays should be clear and concise, as well as convey a sense of creativity. Sutliff & Stout Scholarship Contest - As personal injury lawyers who frequently represent victims of auto accident injuries, they see firsthand the devastating effects of texting and driving. While there are hundreds, if not thousands of campaigns for texting and driving awareness, no one has come up with a way to definitively end the problem.  For this, the inaugural year of the annual Sutliff & Stout scholarship contest, they are asking students to come up with an idea and a prototype for technology that would prevent texting and driving altogether.  Then, create a prototype of that technology. This could be as simple as a cell phone lock-box, or as complex as a car which drains a cell phone’s battery. We would like to see how creative you can make your prototype. It does not necessarily need to work (clearly, that would be unfair of us to ask). Influence Print 2014 Scholarship - Amount: $1,000. Available to High School Seniors or Undergraduate college students with an interest in Graphics/Digital Design. Although there is not an essay, the student will be judged on their graphic and digital design. The Reeves Law Group Scholarship Contest - Amount: $1000. The contest is open to both high school seniors who are looking to enter college at the start of the next school year, as well as students currently enrolled in a college or university. We want to hear about a time that you stood up for someone who could not stand up for himself or herself, and how that experience has impacted your life and the lives of the person or persons you may have helped.The deadline for submitting your story is December 31, 2014. The American Bullion Financial Education Scholarship - offered to current high school and college students. Five (5) $500 Scholarships Awarded Annually.  Essay question:  "Why is gold a good investment for future generations?"   Winning submissions are selected by a team of executives at American Bullion.

You must submit a 500 word letter of intent identifying yourself and describing your drive and dedication to criminal justice issues. The Andrew Flusche Scholarship Contest - will require students to raise awareness about the problem of underage drinking and driving among their peers. The contest requires you to create a public service advertisement video (PSA) which raises awareness of the severity of the consequences of drunk driving among your peers.

The Drive to Learn Scholarship Applicants must be enrolled full time at a four-year university, graduate program, community college, or trade school (at least 12 undergraduate units or 6-9 graduate units) located in the continental United States. Working Student Scholarship - The Working Student Scholarship of $2,000 will be awarded to a student who is currently attending college (and working while they do it). The scholarship will be awarded on an annual basis for the Fall 2015 semester.  To apply for this scholarship, you will need to fill out the form on the website and write an essay somehow covering the topic of working while in school. Essays should be at least 800 words in length. Any student currently enrolled in an accredited US college or university is eligible to apply. The current application deadline is June 10, 2015.

The U.S. Army can help with one of the most comprehensive scholarships available in the health care field — The F. Edward Hébert Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program. Qualifying students receive full tuition for any accredited medical, dental, veterinary, psychology or optometry program, plus a generous monthly stipend of more than $2,000. The Kush Arora Criminal Justice Reform Scholarship is a great opportunity for students with an interest in criminal justice reform.  This is a general one-time $500 scholarship for incoming college freshman and all undergraduate, community college, and graduate students. Florida Sea Grant offers a wide range of scholarship and fellowship opportunities for undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate students. The Aylesworth Scholarship, for example, will pay a student up to $10K per year for the duration of their degree program and is open to any FL university student working in a marine related field. Hurst Review Services & the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) is offering Nursing scholarships to students pursuing professional degrees. Hurst Review Services, the fastest growing NCLEX Review Company in the country, and the AACN have partnered to award scholarships to students pursuing professional nursing degrees. P.E.O. EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS FOR JU and UNF WOMEN 2014- Five loan and scholarship programs for JU and UNF women
  Revolving loan fund program offering 3% interest loans for women in their final two years of their program of study. May be used to pay off higher interest loans.
 Money Available – Max $12,000 for all programs of study except for doctorate degrees. The maximum loan for doctorate degrees is $20,000. Second loan may be requested after first loan is repaid.
 Qualifications – Applicant must:
 hold US or Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
 be enrolled in the last two years toward her educational goal
 secure P.E.O. chapter sponsorship
  have 2 co-signers with proof of credit reliability

Broadview Gives Back – Community Service Scholarship – For students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
Our Purpose-Keeping true to Broadview-Katella's mission of empowering people through education, Broadview Gives Back was instituted to insure that those who strive for higher education can have the financial means to do so. It is our goal to offset the rising cost of college education by awarding qualified students $2,500.
Qualifications- Applicant must be a student enrolled in an accredited community college or university with at least "part-time" status. Scholarships will be awarded to applicants based on the best response to the essay question. The Company Corporation Business Plan Contest Prize is $1,000 and is awarded four times per year. The scholarship is geared at young entrepreneurs and business majors but is open to students in any field at both the undergraduate or graduate level.
