The admissions process is highly selective. For low-residency acceptance, applicants must be mature, mid-career working artists. A bachelor’s degree (with an undergraduate major in dance) or equivalent dance experience is required.


Applicants are asked to submit:

Online:

  • complete the online application form
    (you will be asked to do the following online)
    • name and contact info for three current references
    • upload your curriculum vitae of experience
    • upload your artist’s statement (this should include artistic goals for the period of study)

Offline:(Mail In)

  • Official transcripts of academic work
  • DVD of selected works (12 minutes max)
  • $50 processing fee
