A semester or credit hour represents the successful completion of a minimum of
one hour of recitation or lecture per week during a semester.
At least two (2) hours of laboratory work is the equivalent of one hour of
recitation or lecture.
The University reserves the right to offer courses in an accelerated format
and/or to use a variety of delivery methods, for example, electronically-based
instruction. Whatever the delivery method or format, students completing such
courses can acquire equivalent levels of knowledge and competencies to those
acquired in traditional formats.
