The Exercise Science major is designed for students who are interested in
becoming a personal trainer, strength coach, aerobics instructor, or working in
the health and wellness area such as spas, health clubs, commercial fitness
centers, cruise lines or large motel/convention centers.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Program electives should enhance the student’s program of study. All
electives must be pre-approved by School of Education PE advisor. Courses with a
prefix of PE and those designated with an asterisk (*) must earn a grade of “C”
or better.
Electives- Program electives must be chosen from 200, 300 or
400 level courses.
