JU is giving new graduates living in Florida a FREE Jacksonville University specialty license plate!

It's as easy as 1,2,3!

1. Go to your local Department of Motor Vehicles Office and select the JU license plate. The cost will be $45 (or less) and JU will reimburse you for that amount! Your nearest DMV office can be found online at: http://www.hsmv.state.fl.us/offices/
2. Keep a copy of your DMV registration, fill out a signed W-9 IRS tax form so JU can process a reimbursement check to you.
3. Mail both the registration copy and signed W-9 to:
   JU Alumni Relations Office
   2800 University Blvd North
   Jacksonville, FL 32211
